    Hello, any lidocaine cream would work.  You can use a formulation that is anywhere from two to five percent.  I hope that helps.

    I am from Guatemala and I was looking for Lidocaine gel or cream for anorectal use and I couldn't find it. Do you know of any master formula or is it possible to use the topical one and  what concentration is recommended? thank you.
