Goals:

• Creating a Supportive Community
  
• To provide a platform for junior members to connect, share experiences, and support each other in their professional development.
• Promoting Inclusion and Representation
• To ensure the voices of junior members are represented within IANS, including participation in discussions about the Society’s future direction.
• Encouraging Scientific Involvement
• To motivate and support junior members in research, abstract submission, and presentations at IANS meetings and other relevant conferences.
• Hosting Dedicated Events at IANS Meetings
• To create a recurring space at IANS conferences for junior member meetups, including both social and academic components.
• Increasing Visibility and Membership
• To increase the visibility of IANS among junior professionals in the field and, as a result, increase membership.
